Summer Intern @ NBCU in the Big Apple

It has been a busy month since classes in New Orleans ended. Starting three summer classes online, getting a call from NBC saying I had three weeks to move to New York City and getting all of it organized has been quite time consuming.
Now I have moved in to the Fashion Institute of Technology in Manhattan for my summer stay, am preparing for intern orientation tomorrow and am getting to know NYC a little better each day.
I will be working with Bravo Emerging Media, Bravo & Oxygen Network, as well as Andy Cohen.
I can’t wait to see what the Big Apple has in store for me and am excited to start working for NBCUniversal at 30 Rock!

Intern Intern Intern

It seems like nowadays every college student needs an internship, but not many are really excited to actually have one. Fear not, for you have come to the right college student! Getting out into the working/professional world is something that excites me immensely and I cannot wait to work with the companies I so greatly admire. I love fashion, magazines, media, film, theatre, creative and communications. As a theatre and graphic design minor, I am very passionate about the arts and will have a career in them. I have done everything from modeling with an agency, to costuming with New Orleans Opera staff to assistant directing a theatrical production to leading communications organizations. Give me a chance and you will see how wonderful of an intern I will be!
